The workout
Workouts that actually work
Functional strength training meets high intensity interval training. Every day is different, every class is coached, and every workout scales to your level.
Getting StartedFunctional fitness + HIIT
Our programming combines functional movements, the kind your body was built to do: squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, with high intensity interval training that builds engine and burns fat. Strength and conditioning is the foundation: every week includes dedicated strength work alongside conditioning, so you build muscle and capacity together.
This isn't random exercise. Every week is programmed with purpose: strength days, conditioning days, skill work, and recovery, balanced so you get fitter without burning out.
More ways to train
- Group fitness classes. Daily coach-led workouts. The core of what we do.
- Personal training and private lessons.One-on-one coaching built around your goals, your schedule, and your body, including a personal assessment and nutrition consulting.
- On-ramp program. Three foundational sessions for anyone new to this style of training.
- Open gym.Train on your own, every day, with full access to the gym.
- Olympic weightlifting.Snatch, clean and jerk, coached and woven into our regular programming.
- Power lifting.Squat, bench, deadlift. Build real, measurable strength.
What a class looks like
- Warm-up (10 min). Your coach leads a group warm-up that preps your body for the day's movements.
- Skill and strength (20 min). Learn and practice the day's lifts or movements. Coaches check your form and help you pick the right weights.
- Workout of the day (10-20 min). The main event: a coach-led, high-energy workout done together as a class.
- Cool-down. Stretch, breathe, and recover. High fives optional but encouraged.
Scales to every level
Worried you're not fit enough? Don't be. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level, injuries, and experience. A beginner and a competitive athlete do the same class, each at their own intensity, coached the whole way. Most of our members started exactly where you are.
New here? Start with on-ramp
If you're new to this style of training, you'll begin with three one-on-one on-ramp sessions. A coach teaches you the foundational movements, assesses your fitness, and builds your starting plan. Then you're ready for group classes with confidence.
